Using the massage gun correctly
Move the massage gun over the affected area for 15 to 20 seconds. Don't hold it in one spot; use it over a large area. Let the massage gun glide slowly and lightly over your body. Move it up and down, left and right, using circular motions or lines. If you find any tension, pause briefly.
Try out what works for you. The important thing is: move the gun and don't keep it fixed on one spot.
Increase or decrease the intensity to a level that is comfortable for you.
Don't overdo the application time. Your body needs time to adjust. It's better to use the massage gun for only 15 seconds three times a day than once for several minutes.
The included attachments fit different parts of the body.
